Groups.io Forms

All postcarding campaigns now use a Google form to sign up. The form enters your results into a spreadsheet and reduces transcription errors, missing your email, and importantly, saves time. 

• You will provide your email and full name, group affiliation, whether you have written with CUI before, and how many recipients you would like to write.

• If you indicate you are a “new” writer, the form prompts you for your delivery address. The sign-up form lists locations for picking up your packet in your neighborhood whenever possible.

• P ick up locations allow packets to be delivered to one location and shorten delivery time. Otherwise, we will drop off your packets on your porch or through your mail slot.

• If you are not comfortable with links, I will enter your information into the form, and you will get a confirmation of your order by email. We usually distribute 2,000 to 3,000 addresses per campaign.   

Note: When you “reply” to a Groups.io email, by default, everyone reading the email thread sees your response. If you just want to communicate with me, click “Reply to Sender” at the bottom of the email.
