All Coastside United Indivisible postcarding campaigns now use a Google form to sign up. For example, the "Virginia Primary" is the data entry form for the current campaign.

The form enters your request into a tracking spreadsheet, reducing errors and omissions and saving time. 

— You provide your email address, full name, and group affiliation, whether you have written with CUI before, and how many postcards you would like to write.

— If you indicate you are a “new” writer, the form prompts you for your delivery address. The form lists locations for picking up your packet(s) in your neighborhood whenever possible.

— Pick up locations allow packets to be delivered to several writers at one location to shorten delivery time. Otherwise, we will drop off your packets on your porch or through your mail slot.

— If you are not comfortable with links and forms, click “Reply to Sender” at the bottom of the email to ask for additional help.

— Be sure to press the "Submit" button at the end of the form. You will receive an email confirmation of your postcard order.

— We usually distribute 2,000 to 3,000 postcards per campaign.   

Note: When you “reply” to a Groups.io postcarding email, by default everyone reading the email thread sees your response. If you want to communicate only with the sender, click “Reply to Sender” at the bottom of the email.
